Among other beneficial services provided by Amazon AWS, Amazon EC2 is a very useful service. It is also known as RDP computers. I had heard a lot of Amazon AWS So I decided to give it a shot. But I was unable to connect to the Amazon EC2 machine or online computer after launching the instance in simple words, installing my favorite operating system. I installed Windows 10 and I was trying to connect from my laptop running Windows 10. I was getting the error
I looked into Windows firewall settings as well as I disabled my antivirus. Everything was fine on my computer. I then decided to come up on Amazon AWS. I stopped and rebooted installed instance. Even terminated installed instance and re-installed the instance but nothing seemed to be working. After some research, I found out that the problem was in security group. You can easily get rid of this annoying problem by changing the security group.
To change the security group, Click on Actions icon in Amazon AWS dashboard.
Hover your mouse over Networking drop down list and click Change Security Groups.
Here you need to remove checkmark from first one and select any other security group.
Click assign security groups.
Now connect to Amazon RDP. The problem should be solved.
