I was trying to install an older version of Bluestacks App player on my PC running Windows 10. Though I managed to install Bluestacks and I even was able to use Bluestacks. But I was continuously being forced to download and install Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5. I tried to do this but got this error. Afterwards I downloaded offline installer of Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 and tried to install but got the same error. After some research, I got a special installer or utility to get rid of this error. I don’t know Who has designed it But It works.
